Fletchers Solicitors Ltd is seeking an experienced Drafting Team Leader for the Costs Department. Based in a hybrid role, you will manage the Drafting Team, ensure timely, quality costs drafting, and maximise profitability while delivering excellent client care.

You will report to the Head of Costs Litigation and lead performance, development, and liaison with fee earners, driving standards across the firm.
