Summary:
Aspartofthetaxteam,thetaxspecialistwillassisttaxmanagerinmanagingthetaxcomplianceprocessandprovidingtaxadvisorysupportinrelationtoinvestments.ThetaxspecialistwillplayacriticalroleinmanagingawiderangeoftaxcompliancemattersforSPVsacrossvariousjurisdictions.Inadditiontoensuringcomprehensivetaxcompliance,thisrolealsoinvolvestaxadvisorysupportinrelationtoinvestmentsacrossEurope.Thetaxspecialistwillassistinadvisingontaxstructuring,coordinatingstrategictaxinitiativestoalignwiththecompany’sobjectives,andensuringadherencetothegrouptaxpolicy.

- AssistinmanagingawiderangeoftaxcompliancemattersforSPVs,ensuringtheaccuracyandtimelinessoftaxfilingsandcompliance
- Reviewtaxcomputationsandmonitorthereportingprocess
- Workcollaborativelywiththeaccountingteamtoadviseontaxaccountingentries
- Workwithexternaltaxadvisorsandinternalteamstosupporttheoversightandreviewoftaxcomplianceacrossvariousjurisdictions
- AssisttaxmanagertoprovidetaxadvisorysupporttothebusinessandM&Aprojects
- Providesupportinhandlingtaxenquiriesandpotentialdisputeswiththerelevanttaxauthorityinconjunctionwithexternaladvisers
- Assisttaxmanagerinmanagingandcoordinatingthetimelytaxadviceonenquiresraisedbyotherteams
- AssistindraftingandcommunicatingtaxreportstoHQwherenecessary
- Assisttaxmanagerwithothergeneraltaxrelatedworkswherenecessary

- Bachelor/MasterdegreeinTaxationorAccounting,orarelatedfield,and

- Strongunderstandingoftaxcomplianceprocessesandrequirements
- AdequateknowledgeandexperienceofcorporationtaxandVATrelatedissues
- AdequateknowledgeofTransferPricingandpracticalexperience
- Proficiencyinanalyticalandproblem-solvingskills
