Strategic MSP Sales Executive (Remote/Hybrid)

TSR Select is seeking a Business Development Manager to win new mid-market and enterprise customers for a Global IT MSP. The role is based in Reading with hybrid or largely remote work and offers a base salary of £60,000–£70,000 plus commission.

You will manage 3–4 new clients per year with average contract values of £150k–£250k, supported by 10–15 inbound leads monthly, events, webinars, and collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
