Regional Director of Social Care Operations

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Operations to lead our social care teams across South-West Wales. Based in Swansea, Carmarthen or Haverfordwest, the role requires strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to deliver person-centred services.
