Senior Leader, Children’s Residential Services

Birmingham Children’s Trust Limited seeks an experienced Assistant Head of Service to lead our expanding residential care portfolio in Birmingham. You will support the Head of Service, ensure safeguarding, regulatory compliance and strong outcomes for children and young people, and build high-performing multi-site teams.

You will translate strategy into operational plans, oversee governance and risk, and champion accountability, learning and excellence across the service.
