The Owl Centre invites applications for a Neurodevelopmental Team Lead, guiding a team of Neurodevelopmental Clinicians to deliver high-quality, clinically sound assessments with strong governance. You will provide supervision, coaching and workload support while managing performance and professional development.
You’ll work with the Head of Service to improve pathways, governance and service delivery, while maintaining a manageable ADHD assessment caseload (about 50%).
