Technical Field Research Lead

At ICL Growing Solutions, we are looking for a scientifically driven Technical Field Research Lead to join our AmegA Sciences team.

In this role, you will drive the evaluation and development of innovative technologies that improve plant performance, nutrient use efficiency (NUE) and water use efficiency (WUE) across global agricultural, horticultural, turf and ornamental markets.

What you’ll do

• Lead field, glasshouse and laboratory research programs
• Design and manage scientifically robust trials
• Analyze and interpret complex research data
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and innovation opportunities
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Commercial and external research partners
• Support product development from concept through commercialization
• Contribute to product claims, registrations and technical marketing support
• Present technical findings to customers, partners and global teams

About you

• Degree in Plant Physiology, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, Horticulture or related field
• Experience in agricultural or plant science R&D
• Knowledge of plant physiology, NUE and WUE
• Experience managing field trials and research projects
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
