Operations Director, Therapeutic Children’s Homes

Sgscare is seeking an experienced Operations Director to support the MD in delivering therapeutic children’s residential care and supported accommodation services in Bournemouth. The role requires senior leadership with a proven track record in regulatory compliance and service improvement.
