Interim Building Safety Manager – Residential (Hybrid)

CPR is recruiting an experienced Interim Building Safety Manager to oversee building safety compliance across its residential housing stock in Central London. The role is hybrid with a day-rate of 347 and Umbrella terms.

You will lead BAC applications for Higher Risk Buildings, develop Safety Case Reports and risk assessments, ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and fire safety legislation, and liaise with the Building Safety Regulator to maintain the Golden Thread of information.
