Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infra & Utilities (Lancashire)

Anderselite is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure and utilities projects, based in Lancashire on a permanent contract. The role will manage commercial aspects, lead the surveying team, and ensure compliance with project controls and HSEQ.

You will analyse claims, monitor variations, and approve interim payments while supporting risk management and procurement activities across multiple projects.
