MOT Technician & Tester – Mon–Fri, Bonus up to £50k

Silcom Recruitment is helping a well-established independently owned used car operation in Swindon to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester. The role is MOT-focused with additional repair work as needed and offers a supportive team environment.

You will perform MOT tests to DVSA standards, support light servicing, diagnose faults, and keep accurate job cards and service records. A valid MOT licence and Level 3 qualification are essential for this position.
