Lead Damp & Mould Surveyor (Housing)

Vivid Resourcing Ltd are supporting Harlow Council to recruit a Building Surveyor (Damp & Mould) on a 12-month basis. The role is on site, with a requirement to be based on site a minimum of 4 days per week, in Harlow.

You will lead damp, mould and condensation diagnostics across our homes, carrying out detailed inspections, identifying root causes and producing clear technical recommendations for remediation.
