Senior Health & Safety Leader – Desford Site (SHEQ)

GXO is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to champion SHEQ standards at our Desford site as part of a Tier One contract supporting Hinkley Point C. You will partner with leaders, client stakeholders and specialist teams to create a proactive, safety-first culture.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the safety strategy, deliver investigations, and drive improvements across multi-site operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety performance.
