M&E QS & Commercial Lead – Regional Portfolio, Belfast

Higgins McGrath in Belfast is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to oversee commercial delivery across a regional portfolio, including a £100+ million project. You will review contracts, lead negotiations, and act as the first point of contact for legal and commercial matters.

Reporting to the Regional and Operations Director, you will ensure cashflow accuracy, mentor junior QS’s, and protect margins across multiple live projects in the UK and Ireland.
