Job Description:
MNB Precision Ltd in Coventry is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-mix/low-volume machining operation. You will standardise processes, drive lean initiatives, and deliver robust, cost-effective solutions for exotic materials.
You will mentor the engineering team, own CAD/CAM programming, optimise CNC strategies, and partner with production and quality to embed improvements across the shop floor. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary up to £70,000 OTE.
