Senior Property & Workplace Leader | CRE, Leases & Strategy

Boden Group is seeking a Senior Property & Workplace Manager to lead the regional CRE and workplace strategy across Manchester, Leeds, and other Northern UK sites for a fast-growing technology business.

You will manage leases, rent reviews, breaks, acquisitions and disposals, lead a six-strong team, work with legal and construction partners, apply IFRS 16, and align commercial priorities with workplace needs.
