Principal Weapons Safety Engineer (Lead Role)

Gold Group seeks a Principal Safety Engineer to drive safety engineering for complex weapons programmes in the UK Defence sector. Based in Bristol with a hybrid pattern (onsite roughly one day every two weeks), you will shape safety strategy and lead hazard analyses across the lifecycle.

You will develop and defend safety arguments, produce comprehensive safety case reports, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure ALARP outcomes.
