Senior Offshore Package Lead – Marine Construction

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Offshore Agent (or Senior Section Engineer ready to step up) to lead and control marine and offshore construction packages on a major infrastructure project in Suffolk. You will work directly with the Package Manager to drive technical execution.

You will manage a team of Section Engineers and Offshore Client Representatives, oversee budgets, coordinate Tier-1 suppliers, and ensure HSE, quality, and timely handover.
