Senior SHE Advisor — Construction Safety Leader

Wates Construction is seeking an experienced Senior SHE Advisor to join our project team at HMP Hindley, helping ensure the highest standards of safety, health and environmental performance across a complex, high-profile site.

You will work across operational teams and the supply chain, delivering coaching, inspections, RAMS reviews and SHE training to promote a proactive safety culture and compliant, low-risk delivery.
