Senior Quantity Surveyor — Lead Commercials on Major Rail Project

EKFB, appointed by HS2, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the route-wide Commercial team in Milton Keynes. You will lead with minimal supervision at times, handling periodical duties and deadlines across commercial tasks.

You will prepare variation accounts, monitor costs, lead change control on EOT and delays, and draft interim/final valuations and accounts while advising on contract obligations. Driving licence required.
