Vehicle Maintenance Team Leader — Safety & Training

Warwickshire County Council’s County Fleet Maintenance, a self-accounting business unit, manages vehicle maintenance across two sites in Coleshill and Warwick. You will lead staff, suppliers and subcontractors, driving training programmes and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will implement health and safety and environmental standards, liaise with customers, and chair monthly meetings to review performance.
