Director of Safeguarding & Family Engagement

Hillary Primary School is seeking a Head of Safeguarding and Family Engagement Manager to lead safeguarding, child protection, and family engagement across the school. The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and contributes to strategic governance and safeguarding culture.

The postholder will ensure policy compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education and related duties, working with external agencies, governors and the Local Governing Board to safeguard pupil welfare and outcomes.
