Brava Education is partnering with a small independent specialist school in Solihull to appoint a Permanent Headteacher. You will lead daily operations with a strong emphasis on school improvement and inspection readiness, taking ownership and setting high standards for staff and pupils.
The role requires proven Headteacher or Head of School experience within a small independent special school or AP, with understanding of autism/ADHD and ISI/Ofsted inspections.
