Onsite Operations & Commercial Lead

Rubix UKII is seeking an experienced On-site Manager to lead our operation at a key customer location in Melton Mowbray. You’ll own service delivery, safety, stores control, commercial performance and the customer relationship, acting as the sole Rubix contact on site.

You’ll bring operational strength and commercial acumen to unite Rubix teams, suppliers and site stakeholders to deliver a safe, responsive and measurable value for the customer and Rubix.
