South Coast Construction Quantity Surveyor – Team

FBR Construction Recruitment’s client, a Hampshire-based, leading medium-sized build contractor, is seeking a full-time Build QS to join its award-winning commercial team. Projects cover the south coast, ranging from traditional build to D&B with values between £1.5m and £20m+.

You will handle tenders, cost control, CVR reporting, subcontractor accounts, and final accounts, while ensuring progress reporting to senior management and supporting team deadlines.
