Senior Land & Planning Manager – Residential Development

Story Homes Limited in Cumbria is seeking a Land Manager / Senior Land Manager to join the Cumbria & SW Scotland region, based at Carlisle Head Office. The role focuses on identifying and securing land on commercially sound terms and managing planning and pre-development work for regional projects.

Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience in residential land acquisition or planning, with strong contract knowledge and excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
