Senior Cost Planner – Residential & Regeneration (London)

Blayze Group, a Central London property developer, is seeking a Senior Cost Planner to join its Pre-Construction team on high-density residential and regeneration schemes across London and the South East.

The role focuses on early cost planning at RIBA stages 0-3, producing cost models and providing cost management to drive profitable delivery and value engineering across projects ranging from £50m to £250m+.
