Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a commercially minded Portfolio Revenue & Performance Manager to drive revenue performance for our student accommodation portfolio of over 3,500 beds across nine locations, including Sheffield.
The role is hybrid with regular travel to sites, working with Property Managers, Marketing teams and client partners to develop revenue strategies, monitor leasing performance and maximise occupancy and income.
