Senior Accountant – Property & Fixed Assets (Hybrid)

Huntress – Maidstone is seeking a Senior Accountant (Property & Fixed Assets) to lead development finance and the fixed asset function. The role is based in Medway with hybrid working and a permanent contract.

Salary ranges from £65,000 to £71,000 and requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualifications with experience in a development finance function in a regulated environment. The successful candidate will oversee fixed asset reconciliations, depreciation forecasting, and capital budgeting.
