AI-Powered Finance & Strategy Manager

Lupa Pets, an AI-native operating system for veterinary practices, is hiring a Finance professional in London. You will own month-end close, FinOps, KPI reporting, and financial modelling to enable strategic decisions. The role partners with commercial, product and engineering teams and builds budgeting alongside the Finance Director.

We seek an ACA-qualified professional with 0–2 years PQE, Big 4 exposure, strong academics, and comfort with ambiguity. Role is on-site at Paddington HQ in London.
