Financial Crime Detective – Transaction Monitoring & AI Tools

Zopa is seeking a Financial Crime Specialist in Manchester to protect customers by investigating complex transaction monitoring activity, making well-evidenced decisions, and escalating suspicions appropriately. You will balance AI tools with human judgement to keep controls effective while focusing on customer outcomes.

As part of Financial Crime Operations, you will review alerts, own end-to-end cases, document rationales, and collaborate with Fraud, Risk and Customer Support.
