Senior Risk & Controls Lead, Roadside B2C (Hybrid)

The AA in Oldbury is seeking a dedicated first-line risk professional to strengthen the Roadside B2C risk and control environment. You will work with Roadside B2C leaders to apply risk standards, examine evidence, and coordinate risk and control processes to ensure consistent, high-quality risk management.

You’ll lead risk-event management from triage to root cause analysis, support remediation, and help deliver the annual B2C Risk and Control Self-Assessment with clear reporting for governance
