Residential Site Manager – Long-Term Southampton Project

Fawkes & Reece are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to oversee a major housing development in Southampton. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to quality standards.

The position requires a minimum of 12 months’ experience on residential housing developments, strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations, and proven leadership of site teams.
