High-Rise Cladding Remediation Site Manager

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major high-rise residential fire remediation project in Birmingham City Centre. You will manage the full remediation package, including bracketry and insulation, weatherboard systems, rainscreen cladding, EWI and render, coordinating with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires proven experience in cladding and fire remediation projects, deep knowledge of façade systems, and strong site logistics
