Arup is hiring a People & Organisations Consultant in Edinburgh or Glasgow to apply organisational transformation, people and change expertise to complex client engagements. You will diagnose challenges, translate analysis into practical recommendations, and contribute to delivering measurable improvements in performance and change outcomes.

You will work on diagnostics, workshops and client relationships, while developing methodologies and tools within the People & Organisation practice.
