Head of Shop Operations – London Multi-Site Leader

Rosslyn Coffee Limited is seeking a Head of Shop Operations to drive performance across our city-wide estate of coffee shops. You will lead through the Area Manager and Shop Managers, accountable for guest experience, commercial performance, standards and compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, weekly shop presence, and weekend coverage. You will own labour models, escalate issues, and collaborate with the support teams to deliver outstanding hospitality and growth.
