Lead Site Manager, High-Volume Housing

Places for People is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on-site construction, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will manage site teams and coordinate contractors, working closely with Design, Commercial and Sales to drive programme success.

You’ll oversee health and safety, chair regular meetings and ensure defects are resolved promptly, while applying experience in high-volume housing development.
