Senior Commercial Lead & Estimator (Pre-Construction)

Sewell Group seeks a Commercial Manager/Estimator (Pre-Construction) to lead commercial and contractual aspects of bids and ensure robust, value-focused submissions. The role covers single-stage tenders, two-stage tenders and negotiated design and build schemes, with flexibility to support both Sewell Construction and I&G across Yorkshire.

The candidate will have a BSc (Hons) or equivalent, strong negotiation skills, NEC/JCT familiarity, and proficiency in ConQuest/BlueBeam.
