Strategic Group Company Secretary & Governance Leader

United Welsh seeks a senior governance leader to act as Group Company Secretary, providing strategic governance, risk management and regulatory assurance across the group. The role advises the Board, Chair and executive team on governance matters and ensures robust stewardship and regulatory confidence.

You will lead the governance framework, coordinate reporting, and manage governance risk across subsidiary entities.
