Org Design Partner: Strategic Structures & Change (Remote)

Tesco is seeking an Organisation Design lead to partner with Exec members and business leaders to design structures and roles that support strategy over the next 1–3 years. You will drive a strategic plan for the Group business, balancing internal and external perspectives.

You will work with leaders to understand requirements, develop OD blueprints, and challenge options with data-led insights while aligning with Tesco’s Service Model and governance processes. Flexible working is supported.
