- Coding ability/programming languages would be advantageous – SQL, VBA, PowerBI, Python
- Commodity experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Diligence and attention to detail

- Polished interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience and/or application of AI technology
