Senior Construction Underwriter-Broker-Facing Growth Leader

IPS Group in Birmingham is seeking a Lead Construction Underwriter to join our Birmingham team as we expand in the Mid-Market and Corporate construction sectors. The role is broker-facing with a strong emphasis on trading, relationship development and growth.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of key brokers, drive new business activity, handle larger and more complex construction risks, and act as a senior referral point for colleagues across the team.
