Home-Based Development Underwriter – New Business (Scotland)

IDEX Consulting in Scotland is seeking a Development Underwriter for a home-based role within a commercial P&C underwriting team. You will drive new business across an established broker panel, develop agency relationships, and trade SME to mid-market risks under delegated authority.

You’ll build strong broker partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to regional expansion while collaborating with service underwriters and the wider underwriting team.
