Housing Delivery Project Lead — Hybrid (Remote/Onsite)

Wood Plc is seeking a Housing Delivery Project Manager based in London (N22 7TY). The role offers a hybrid arrangement: two days remote and three days in the office on site for housing development projects.

You will lead housing development programmes, procure design teams, manage contractors, monitor budgets and cash flow, and ensure compliance with planning, health and safety, and building control. A 6‑month initial contract with potential extension or permanent appointment.
