Cloud Telephony Architect – AI Voice Agents (Remote)

Fyre Global Ltd seeks a Contract Telephony Solutions Architect to implement AI-powered voice systems for client deployments. You will configure and optimise cloud telephony platforms, address pain points, and lead end-to-end changes with minimal handover.

You’ll run solution proposal calls, explain options to both technical and non-technical clients, and deploy ElevenLabs-based AI call agents. The role requires shift 1pm-10pm UK time and on-site 3 days/week or remote for the right candidate.
