Chief Operations & Estates Leader

Lunn’s Jewellers is seeking a Head of Operations to take ownership of operational infrastructure, property portfolio, and capital investment programmes. You will report to the Projects Director initially and play a key role within the Senior Leadership Team.

You will lead strategy and hands-on delivery across facilities, safety, security, governance and budget across multiple sites, driving growth and exceptional customer experience.
