The Job in a Nutshell:
Essentially, your job will be to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical building services contracts, making sure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
You’ll take responsibility for multiple live projects, managing everything from initial contract award and design coordination through to installation, commissioning and final handover.
You’ll be overseeing Project Managers, Site Managers and wider project teams, coordinating resources, monitoring budgets and programmes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and main contractors.
You’ll also work closely with the commercial team to manage costs, variations and contractual requirements.
Don’t worry, you’ll have an experienced team around you your role is to lead, support and ensure everything comes together successfully.
