As part of its planned Board succession, we are seeking to appoint a new Non-Executive Director to the Board of Phoenix Energy Group Limited. The successful candidate will play an important role in providing independent judgement, constructive challenge and strategic oversight, with particular emphasis on operational performance and efficiency, regulatory compliance, long-term sustainability and energy transition.
We are seeking an accomplished senior business leader with substantial director-level experience gained within a large business in the utilities sector (electricity, water or ideally gas). You will bring a strong understanding of the challenges of operating within a regulated environment, sound commercial judgement and a proven track record of contributing to strategic decision-making at the highest level. A comprehensive understanding of Board governance is essential, and previous non-executive experience is highly desirable.
