The role:
- Lead and develop laboratory teams.
- Oversee analytical testing, method development, validation and transfer.
- Manage laboratory workloads to support production and product release.
- Ensure quality, compliance and data integrity.
- Lead investigations, support audits and drive laboratory improvements.
You will have:
- Degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject.
- Extensive analytical laboratory experience, including staff management.
- Knowledge of EP/USP methods.
- Experience with equipment such as HPLC, GC, IC, ICP and AA.
