Maintenance Manager: Plant Reliability & Team Lead

EP Power Minerals (UK) seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety and continuous improvement. You will oversee maintenance activities, develop teams and coordinate external contractors as needed.

The role requires 7–12 years in maintenance/engineering in a production environment, hands-on leadership, and experience with CMMS and SAP. NEBOSH/IOSH and ISO systems knowledge are desirable.
